How to Order

You can order from Office Products UK.com in a variety of ways: telephone, post, in person at our offices or via our secure web-site.

Which ever method you choose you can be sure you order will be dealt with by us, based here in the UK - no overseas call centres, just good old fashioned service.

How To Use Our New Website
Placing your order via our website is probably the easiest and quickest method of ordering.

First, you need to choose the items you wish to order using the menu's located on the left hand side of this page and adding the items to your basket as you go.

When you have all the items you wish to purchase in your basket, please select "Check Out Basket" from within the shopping cart (Click Here To Checkout).

Once you have submitted your order you will receive an email from us confirming the items on the order - then sit back and wait for delivery.

Telephone Orders
You may place your order by calling us here in Somerset on freephone 0800 093 9040 and a member of our staff will be happy to help you during office hours.

Postal Orders
We still accept orders through the post, please send to Office Products UK.com, Lea House, Frobisher Way, Taunton, Somerset TA2 6BB. United Kingdom. Please make your cheque payable to Wessex Malthouse Direct.

In Person
During office hours, if you are passing please fee free to call in - however please call first to check stock availability and so we can make sure the kettle is on!

Where is my order?

If you have supplied an e-mail address when placing your order you will receive the following:-

A confirmation from Protx - the company that handle the cards transaction between you, your card company, and Office Products UK.com - stating that your card has been debited and the amount. If you have ordered via the Internet this is not a confirmation of despatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation from Office Products UK.com, by e-mail; on the day the order is leaving our warehouse.

(If you did not supply an e-mail address at time of order, i.e. on a telephone order, the sales operator would have given you some indication of when the stock would leave our warehouse).

Our standard method of despatch is via Royal Mail. We quote the guidelines laid down by Royal Mail of delivery in 2 to 5 working days. We are unable to track deliveries by Royal Mail before this time has passed.

If you do not receive your order 5 days after despatch please, in the first instance, check with your local post sorting office that they are not holding a package for you, and if they are not, contact our customer service department.

If you require your goods urgently we do offer other alternative delivery methods for a small premium, including Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery' or '24 Hour' courier services.
